Ingredients
- 2 lb thinly sliced pork (neck/collar meat)
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- *optional green onion & sesame seeds
Directions
- Sauté in 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
