Ingredients

  • 2 lb thinly sliced pork (neck/collar meat)
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 4 tbsp agave
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • *optional green onion & sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Sauté in 2-3 tbsp of oil.
  2. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. 
  3. Serve with rice and enjoy!

Notes

Freeze raw marinated portions for quick easy meals!
