Easy, no fuss, high protein dip to compliment your snacks for game day or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 large dill pickle, diced
  • 3-4 green onions or 4-5 tbsp of chives
  • 8oz low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing (or any seasonings you’d like)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3-4 tbsp of pickle juice
  • 8oz whipped cream cheese

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend dill, cottage cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pickle juice until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced pickles, chives, blended cottage cheese, and whipped cream cheese.
  3. Top with extra diced pickles, chives, and/or dill.
  4. Enjoy with chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cottage cheese for greek yogurt. If adding greek yogurt, please add more salt to taste.
