
Viral One Pan Curry Dumplings

Make this with any curry sauce you’d like. My family prefers Thai yellow curry.
Ingredients
- 1 – 16oz can Trader Joe’s Coconut Milk
- 1 – 11oz bottle Trader Joe’s Yellow Curry Sauce
- 1 bag of Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza
- Optional: 1 tbsp yellow curry paste
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cups baby spinach (plus any other veggies you’d like)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a 13″ x 9″ baking dish, combine coconut milk, curry sauce, curry paste, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and spinach.
- Add bag of dumplings on top and spoon sauce over each dumpling.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Optional: top with chili oil and/or green onion and serve with jasmine rice.
